Well, I simply installed the packages from universe in Synaptic: "compiz-gnome" and "compiz-plugins"
then to start it I looked in the man page of compiz, at the bottom of it, it says that if you use Aiglx, you must start it this way: $compiz --indirect-rendering --stric-binding --replace gconf then I launched the window decoration: $gnome-window-decorator --replace & Is this not correct ?
