It seems that it is required to use something like
g++ -pedantic -Wall -ansi -DINCLUDE_PNG_SUPPORT -lplotter *.cpp
To use PNGPlotter in c++ code. This is not mentioned in the
documentation, see `info:/plotutils/C++ Compiling and Linking`.
