Public bug reported:
When using LDAP authentication in Edgy, udev hangs on startup because it
is trying to contact the ldap server, assumingly because the network
isn't up yet. The system eventually starts up after retrying several
times. This may actually be an upstart issue... but I figured that I'd
start here.
