Yes it is a gem. And you could then integrate it into the Ubuntu operating system. Like when a program has an error, because of failed dependencies or anything, there could be a link to say "click here for live support via ubuntu.com" or something.
So, how do we get people actually working on this? I imagine you submit a feature request or some such?
