XSP 1.9.1-2 is now available in Debian Unstable, and should be synced. I've been working on this package with the Debian mono packaging team, to ensure that the package can be synced directly. I'm subscribing u-u-s, to request a sync. I'll also file a bug against mod-mono, as these two packages need updating in a pair.
