It's a duplicate of 147119 (as noted in the bug report), but it's only fixable by running a patched NetworkManager. Sorry.
You can try the patched NetworkManager from: http://www.asoftsite.org/s9y/archives/145-NetworkManager-0.7-is-back-New-PPA.html Be aware: it has broken VPN issues.
