Symlinks don't have independent ownership in Linux. Furthermore, whether
you can remove a directory entry depends on whether you have write
permission to the containing directory; it has absolutely nothing to do
with the ownership of the file. Henrik, if nautilus is having trouble
with this, I'd suggest reassigning to nautilus.
