Public bug reported:

my kubuntu 8.04 claims that my hard drive is 100% full... all 108GB
taken.

but i have only taken up about 30GB or so.

the computer claims i have exactly 0Bytes available, which means i cant even
save text files or anything.
i have to reinstall the operating system because of this.

this might have happened because i changed a config file.
i was trying to disable the mousepad on the laptop because it was interfering
with my typing and the directions i
found on the internet all said the best way to get that about was to change
that file.
once i did that the system completely crashed and it took mee three hours to
manage to change the text file back.
sometime around that time the computer started thinking the hard drive was
completely full... even though it wasnt.
