dashua, Flash 10 has been removed from "hardy-backports" today, that's the reason why you're not seeing any bugs.
Michael Onnen posted this link (in the wrong bug) that's relevant to this bug: http://blogs.adobe.com/penguin.swf/2008/07/addessing_wmode_crashes.html In summary: it's a bug in Firefox 3, fixed in nightlies since 2008-07-08. I tested the nightly build from that date on a fresh profile, and indeed the crashes have stopped on affected sites - although Flash content flickers very strangely and parts of the video do not update properly. This bug still needs to be addressed in Intrepid, and it is fixed for Hardy (since the backported package was downgraded to Flash 9). -- REGRESSION: flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.1.218+10.0.0.525ubuntu1~hardy1 causes Firefox to crash on numerous popular websites https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/247682 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
