Public bug reported: Binary package hint: safe-rm
Please sync safe-rm 0.2-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main). The latest version of safe-rm fixes a very important bug which can lead to the temporary loss of /bin/rm Changelog since current intrepid version 0.2-3: safe-rm (0.2-5) unstable; urgency=high * Add a debconf question to abort the upgrade. Someone pointed out that the fact that rm is temporarily missing during an upgrade is likely to cause problems if you're upgrading more than just safe-rm. -- Francois Marier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Wed, 09 Jul 2008 11:45:26 +1200 safe-rm (0.2-4) unstable; urgency=high * Move the binary to /usr/bin which removes the need for a diversion (closes: #489690). Urgency high because of this critical bug. -- Francois Marier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Mon, 07 Jul 2008 21:00:52 +1200 ** Affects: safe-rm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Please sync safe-rm 0.2-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/247451 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
