Regarding this issue, I am currently unable to reproduce the bug and had
a few questions.
1. If you have effects turned on, does the window of Firefox fade when you are
unable to click the icons?
2. Have you tried disabling the DownloadHelper plugin and restarting?
3. What are your system specifications? (Processor, RAM, etc.)
