You will have to install the driver through EnvyNG (this is fixed in
Intrepid).

enable hardy-updates, universe and multiverse repositories, refresh the list of 
packages and type:
sudo apt-get install envyng-gtk

Finally launch EnvyNG from Applications/System tools EnvyNG and install
the NVIDIA driver from there.

In this way you'll get the CUDA libraries.
