At least if you want to do it this way please attach a crash log or a back trace on the crash by following instructions at: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs so we can go over it and make sure its the same. Another option is to enable apport by editing /etc/default/apport the second line has a 0 in it change that to a 1 and reboot than reproduce the crash and apport will file a bug for you while you are answering its questions. this way everything is done for you and we or apport can mark as a duplicate of a bug if needed, That insures that your crash is looked at.
