Hi, Very similiar problem as mine.
The interesting part (in my case) is that evolution actually downloads the message, but after that it is not shown in Inbox (it is there -- I can see the message via web-interface). I've verified it using tcpdump and sending email with 1.5M attachment from other account, then trying to fetch it. Tcpdump clearly show that the message was downloaded. I suspect that latest evolution update broke it. I will install older version and see if it works.
