Hello I am the developer of keytouch and I have received an e-mail to this bug report. This is a packaging problem, so the problem should be fixed by editing the deb-file. Note the when you install keytouch-editor from source, then the keytouch-editor script runs keytouch-editor-bin via gksu. So please do not wait for me to fix this, because I won't since I am not responsible for the deb-file (sorry but I do simply do not have time to do that).
