Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: deluge-torrent

Ubuntu 8.04
Deluge 0.5.8.9-0ubuntu1

if you have deluge running and downloading and whole partition is
filled, deluge will stop all downloads and show some windows that some
parts weren't saved. if in such situation you exit deluge, then on next
start it will be without downloads and all settings will be on defaults

better would be instead of direct saving (which may fail) old config
file could be renamed to, new config saved and if it failed delete wrong
version and rename old file back. i think firefox does it like this,
because it suffered from same problems some time ago

** Affects: deluge-torrent (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
