Thanks for the bug report, Toshio. Unless the power management icon was
not displayed for a particular reason, I can confirm this bug.
Changing, "OnlyShowIn=GNOME;" to "OnlyShowIn=GNOME;XFCE;" and then
regenerating the menu does allow the power management application to
show under Applications > Settings > Power Management.
