Public bug reported:
The computer appears to enter suspend normally but when restarting the
monitor wakes up with nothing on the screen. The caps lock and scroll
functions on the keyboard stop working. Ctrl Alt backspace has no effect
and the computer requires a restart. This is a Dell Dimension 4550
desktop computer with Hardy Heron installed including all updates.
