I suspect this is no longer an issue on Hardy, but if it is feel free to
reopen with more details if it does. Make sure to include your
/var/log/Xorg.0.log. It may also be worthwhile to collect a backtrace
(see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing for directions).
