Public bug reported: In /etc/defoma/hints/ttf-inconsolata.hints, there is a line saying
Width = Variable which is wrong. The patch at the end of this message corrects this. Note that this is logically unrelated to debian bug 455710 (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=455710), which is about a different bug in the same file. This patch does *not* seem to solve https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/emacs22/+bug/230809, which I suggested might be the case in a comment there. --- /tmp/ttf-inconsolata.hints 2008-07-03 12:06:04.000000000 -0400 +++ ./ttf-inconsolata.hints 2008-07-03 10:01:47.000000000 -0400 @@ -7,7 +7,7 @@ Charset = ISO8859-1 ISO8859-15 ISO10646-1 GeneralFamily = Roman Weight = Medium - Width = Variable + Width = Fixed Shape = Normal Upright Priority = 20 end ** Affects: ttf-inconsolata (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Defoma hints file incorrectly specifies as variable width https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/245258 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
