I recently installed Hardy Heron and hoped this bug was gone. But it is still
there.
My computer always connects to the wrong (open) accesspoint on startup. Using
the network tool I can restart the interface and then it connects (most of the
times but not always) to the correct accesspoint.
My workaround up to now is to disable the network on my laptop during startup
and than enable it when logged in. Than it connects (most of the times) to the
correct accesspoint.
I hope this info helps solving it because it is really annoying because when
you forget to disable the wireless interface on startup, the startup will take
a very long time.
