I had a word with Anne-Marie Mahfouf (KAppTemplate maintainer, if I'm
not wrong) about that and she confirmed that KAppTemplate from 4.1 beta
2 has the templates there (I believe, as in
http://bp2.blogger.com/_oe3nsyc4kd0/R87_Or7UAGI/AAAAAAAAAGI/g3UEugESmpI/s320/kapptemplate.png
) and then recomended me to file a bug to kubuntu so I can confirm this
bug for kde4.1 beta 2 hardy packages (installed according to
http://kubuntu.org/announcements/kde-4.1beta2.php ).
