The missing icon is due to the corrupted PNG icon in the 0.1.14 version of gtkam. The 0.1.15 version fixes this, however, it needs libgphoto2 >= 2.4.0.05 which is not in Intrepid or debian unstable yet. I think that we will have to wait for libgphoto2 2.4.1 before updating gtkam and having the correct icon.
