The wifi connection drops randomly after some time of use.

The way I can re-establish the connection is:
sudo ifdown eth1
sudo ifup eth1

I use the "manual" network configuration method, with eth1 configured in
/etc/network/interfaces

I will include more system info in attached files.

The computer is a ThinkPad X60s
