Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

My configuration:

PIV HT 3.2 GhZ
2 GB RAM
>From Kubuntu gutsy to hardy

I launched the graphical upgrade process from Adept manager to go from
Gutsy to Hardy. The process showed a pop-up (see capture.jpg attached,
sorry it is in French). The console showed additional information
related to python2.4-minimal (see capture2.jpg).

This message occured during the Cleaning phase of the upgrade. Clicking
on Close released the process but with an unstable state (see capture3).
I guess that the cleaning task has not been completed. I will check this
afterwards with some dpkg comamnds...

The X Error: BadPixmap (invalid Pixmap parameter) has been rolling for a
few minutes and then, the process seemed to complete correctly...

Strange behaviour, isn't it?

Cheers,

Sam
