Resume after suspend on Lenovo T61 with Nvidia graphics card *was* working, albeit with about a one minute wait with a flashing underline cursor during resume until something (presumaby) timed out and the password panel appeared. But at least it worked!
Then last week, some new upgrades.. Nvidia drivers... [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ dpkg -s nvidia-glx-new | grep Version Version: 169.12+2.6.24.13-19.42 and other things, including a kernel version, meant it stopped working - on resume, totally blank screen, then a single beep, repeated every minute or so. Maybe can't find a graphics adapter any more? Not good. Anyway, this quoted fix (the changes to acpi-support, which I already had in there, and the magic bullet of lenovo.fdi with the XML magic in it)... FIXED IT!!!! Hoorah! So can this regression be fixed in an update, please? -- T61 Hangs on Sleep https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/202413 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
