Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
Ubuntu 8.04 nautilus 1:2.22.3-0ubuntu2 I have defined a custom mount point for my external hard drive by right clicking on the drive icon on the desktop and clicking "Preferences," clicking on the "Volume" tab, and typing in my desired mount point. The drive mounts without any errors and in the correct location, but now whenever I unmount the drive, it returns an error "Cannot unmount volume: Cannot remove directory." I assume this means it can't remove the WD-USB directory that it is now creating, but the directory is, in fact, removed and the drive is unmounted. I expected the drive to simply unmount and not return any errors. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Nautilus returns error unmounting volumes with custom mount points https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/241618 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
