I have a A100 Toshiba laptop with intel 945 chipset. When I want to
connect a TV using SVIDEO out, xrandr just shows 30 Hz refresh rate
which is for NTSC. If I try to change its format to PAL, the rate
changes to 25 instead of 60 Hz. I need to get 60 Hz in order to connect
it to tv. I tried adding new mode with 60 Hz rate, but it does not work.
I am using Ubuntu 8.04 and my xrandr version is 1.2.
