Marlon, The In Progress status is meant specifically for when you are fixing the bug, and in this case, you would assign it to yourself. It appears that you are just confirming it, so its best to leave it at Triaged. Triaged is the status after confirmed, when a member of the Ubuntu Bug Control team has confirmed that it is a real report.
