The first logs indicate that it was a problem with a unofficial libgl1 -mesa-dri package (the versions are not in the official edgy archive). I marked it as a duplicate therefore. Please note that in the second log ubuntu-desktop will get removed (due to the libgl1-mesa-dri package).
