This is fixed in Intrepid already. NACK for SRU; it's a bad habit to do intrepid development on stable releases. It only encourages building the package on hardy, instead of in Intrepid. Chroots are fine for development, and there you have the updated vim, too. I don't think we should repeatedly update LTSes whenever we open a new Ubuntu release.
