I can't reproduce this for meebo.com, perhaps because there is no flash on their front page, but I can reproduce this by visiting http://www.homestarrunner.com. Like Adam, YouTube works without issues.
about:plugins shows the flash plugin is provided by libflashplayer.so - Shockwave Flash 9.0 r124 (installed with Macromedia installer).
