The CONFIG_CIFS_EXPERIMENTAL enables a number of unrelated features, all of which should be no-ops by default:
- CIFS ACL mapping - dnotify support - "export ops" (stub support for re-exporting via NFS) and it allows the CIFS_UPCALL option to be enabled.
