Just the fact that this has been in my $HOME/Todo file for close to
three months is a sign that i may never this get done. Upstream
distributes its source kinda weird and an in policy package would be
hard to obtain at least with one person working on it alone. If someone
wants to work with me on this i'd be happy to contribute but for now i
just can't do it
