Aaron,
I cannot reproduce this in Hardy. Do you still have the problem? If yes,
can you try to describe the steps to reproduce the bug as detailed as
possible? Just starting vim and the repeatedly suspending with CTRL-Z
and foregrounding with fg<CR> does not trigger the bug for me...
