I am writing to confirm same bug on my GF's PC. I may have disabled gpm on it, to try and make her PC faster... I will re-enable it and see what happens. I will enable it and see what happens then... BTW, though, does that mean we could have a fix coming soon? -- since Jani Monoses seems to have pinpointed the problem...
