Tested with last kernel 2.6.24-19-generic at hardy-proposed. Strange, dmesg shows a couple of cx22702_readreg errors, but the card is working perfectly using me-tv.
And the good news is that the analog driver also works out of the box without unloading and loading the modules in a different order again. tested with tvviewer.
