Yes, i also had to install that package: "libasound2-plugins package" i forgot 
to say it.
But after that it was necessary to do the steps i said:

First I install packages: "asoundconf-gtk" and "libasound2-plugins".
Second I go to System -> Preferences -> Default sound card
I select pulseaudio.

I think libasound2-plugins could be installed as dependence or recommend of 
ubuntu-desktop package, so it to not be installed in Kubuntu or Xubuntu.
In addiction may be the pulseaudio device should be default by default in 
ubuntu-desktop, as like as user set it using   asoundconf-gtk.
