i have a drive which is always attached and is listed under places which, when i click on, i can hear wurr up and displays the folder information. if i dont do that and leave it asleep, run rythmbox, it starts to remove all the songs instead of getting the drive to wake up or try mounting it. this is very annoying. if i click it under places to show the folder info first then load rthmbox its fine and re-sees the files. what it should do is to try to mount the drive or wake it up this happens if ive not been into the drive for some time which is why i say its alseep rather than un-mounted. my pc is on all the time either way rthmbox should be activating the drive in the same way clicking on it in places does great apart from that
