Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 8.04, all upgrades to date, spanish (Mexico) new installation.
Drag and drop file moving (not copying) from desktop to samba share.
File name is not presented in correct characters. Screenshot attached. I
repeated the operation with other file, same result. On termination
moved file is ok.
