Binary package hint: eog
I am using Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy Heron" with Eye of GNOME 2.22.2.
1. Open a image in Eye of GNOME.
2. Press F11 to go into full-screen mode.
3. Alt+tab some until it goes back to Eye OF GNOME.
Now it is flickering.
I am using Compiz Fusion.
