Public bug reported: I have a Happauge NOVA T-500 (Double DVB-T Tuner). My card works perfectly when I turn on my computer and boot under Ubuntu (Hardy). However, I noticed that the device isn't detected at all (no message in dmesg) when I reboot my computer when I was under Windows. I have to turn off/on the computer manually in order to have my card detected.
I don't know if this is a software or an hardware issue though, because when I reboot to Windows from Ubuntu and launch the WinTV App, I'm warned that the devices are unknown, but the card still works. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- DVB-T Card isn't detected after a reboot from Windows https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/234232 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
