Yes, I can confirm. If I input garbage for the password the openssl-
vulnkey returns.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:open-vpn$ /usr/sbin/openssl-vulnkey -q xxx.key
Enter pass phrase for xxx.key: ...I enter garbage not the real password...
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:open-vpn$ echo $?
0
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:open-vpn$ 


ps: like I mentioned above, if I enter the real password I'm asked again for 
the password 2 more times.

network-manager-openvpn is incapable of supplying openssl-vulnkey with the 
X.509 key passphrase it requests
