Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
Have you tried to use other bluetooth function like scanning for
devices(not counting blueproximity) or sending a file through bluetooth?
Also is there any problem when pairing up your bluetooth device and your
computer? (blueproximity requires them to be paired beforehand)
