Last week a critical vulnerability in the ssl keygeneration was found in the debian opstream packaging. It has since been corrected, but any keys/certs generated under the previous packages are compromised and need to be replaced with fresh keys. Looks to me like you aren't hitting a bug, but have correctly be notified that you have a vulnerable key as the "openssl- vulnkey" manpage would have told you.
