It's a Mebius notebook, so no graphics card. I think the chipset information was supposed to be included with the files that wound up attached to the other similar bug I reported with the Help menu option inside of Firefox.
Pretty sure it is only Firefox. I can switch to other windows and do things. However, I have seen something similar involving Open Office, so there might be something else going on at a higher level? Case in point.
