XPS m1330 8.04 w/latest The ugly fix does not work as modprobe -r acpi_cpufreq is not allowed: FATAL: Module acpi_cpufreq is in use.
The bug is not cosmetic as my power usage jumps 3-4 watts (from 13 watts to 16-17watts) after resume from suspend.
