- Adjusted 04-fix_gthumb.desktop.in.patch to also fix

- Add Maintainer Mode to aclocal.m4 and configure and the
consequential changes (09-autoconf.patch)
- debian/rules: Build PO template on package build.
- debian/rules: Add gettext domain to *.desktop and *.server files.
