Same issue here: we're all on hardy heron amd64 and, after the last
update network-manager-openvpn is not able anymore to connect
to vpn servers just because of it's trying to call openssl-vulnkey
instead of openvpn-vulnkey...

The workaround by Markus obviusly worked but, as already said that can't be
nothing but a temporary solution just to get work done...
