I don't think so (not in that computer). I've used 3d desktop effects in
Feisty and now Hardy. I've made a grep -i beryl ~/.gconf* and it didn't
return anything.
The issue happened again today, and I am not using compiz anymore. So
it's not compiz related.
I've tried to gdb into it, but firefox is not compiled with debug
symbols so got not much out of it.
